Founder & Operator

Fiancé, cat-dad, and Veteran, Austin has been on a path to an ecologically sustainable business for the last 15 years! Having served in the U.S. Air Force, and with a highly technical IT background, Austin is extremely passionate about keeping still-useful tech out of landfills. A 10-year Chicago resident, Austin is now focused on bringing his expertise to his local community, providing ecologically sustainable services designed to cut the cord on big tech while creating a more personalized and ethical approach to the tech needs of all. An out-and-proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, he pledges that 2% of overall revenue will be donated to XYZ.
